How we handle Exchanges: We treat an exchange as a return and refund of the unwanted item, then we add the new item to
your order.    You must request a Return Authorization Code from returns@boxandwrap.com and also state the new item you
wish to order and we will add this to your order.   The new items will be processed and shipped using the Ground shipping
method unless otherwise requested.

How to Return: Before sending a return, please email returns@boxandwrap.com for a Return Authorization Code. State
your Name and Order Number in the email. All Requests must be in writing to: returns@boxandwrap.com

Returns for products must be within 30 days of the received date.

We will provide the address and details of where to return the package (as the package may have shipped direct from
our manufacturer due to our wholesale nature.)

No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization code.

Items that have been assembled for use are not acceptable for a return.

Returned items must arrive in new condition and in its original packaging with the full contents within 30 days of the
received date for a refund or product exchange.

The Buyer is responsible for return freight charges.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your card or paypal account. Please allow 7-14 days
upon shipment of your return for the confirmation and credit. If you have questions email us at returns@boxandwrap.

All returns incur a 20% restock fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Additional Returns Policy Information:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of "in-stock" merchandise, you may return it to us in new condition and in
its original packaging with the full contents within 30 days of the received date for a refund or product exchange..

It is the customers responsibility to Inspect all of the merchandise upon arrival for any unsatisfactory items or damages. If your
items appear to be damaged in transport of shipment, if possible, notify your driver before you sign for your items, then contact
us immediately. Boxes or bags that have been assembled for use are not acceptable for a return.

Please do not start assembly of your products until all of your items have been inspected.
